Our low-income housing for seniors has been an important mission of our church for over 45 years.
Our 24 unit facility has efficiency (one room), one bedroom (two room), and two bedroom (three room) units available.
Speed of admissions is based upon type of units vacant and type applied for.
All tenants are screened before being accepted for admission.
Tenants must meet the following criteria to be considered for residency:
1. Be at least 62 years of age.
2. Be able to live independently.
