ACTING PASTOR GREGORY SABETTA
Pastor Sabetta comes to us from St. Mark UCC, Chicago Heights, where he served as Interim Minister. He is a graduate of The Chicago Theological Seminary where he received his Master of Divinity and also earned degrees in vocal/choral music and education from DePaul University. Greg is a member of St. Pauls UCC in Lincoln Park where he served as Pastoral Intern for two years and directed the Youth Choirs. He is currently a candidate for ordination in the Chicago Metropolitan Association of the United Church of Christ. A native of Cleveland, Ohio, he made his living as a church musician for many years, Arts Administrator for the Village of Skokie, Director of Marketing for a music publisher, Director of Congregational Relations at The Night Ministry, and part-time chaplain at Evanston Hospital. Greg lives in Evanston (it's not that far, really!) where he looks forward to spring and riding his bike again.
If you're looking for a place where you can be part of God's family and you can find others wrestling with the problems of faith in our world; we hope you'll visit us.
Worship begins at 10:00 am on Sunday mornings.
Everyone is welcome.
